In accordance with the AICTE Regulations 2019 and Delhi High Court (Crl.) No. 793/2017, RICM Chandigarh has established a Student Grievance Redressal Committee to address and resolve grievances raised by students and their parents. A provision has been made on the institute's website to register grievances via email at Chandigarhricm@gmail.com. Students and parents can now approach the Grievance Redressal Committee by submitting their grievances online. The committee will review the grievances with the approval of the competent authority, take appropriate action, and communicate the decision to the complainant. The types of grievances addressed include:
1. Making admission contrary to merit
2. Irregularity in the admission process
3. Withhold or refuse to return any certificates
4. Breach of the policy of reservation
5. Complaints of alleged discrimination (SC/ST, OBC, Women, minority or PH)
6. Delay in the conduct of examinations or declaration of results
7. Withholding student amenities
8. Denial of quality education
9. Non-transparent or unfair evaluation practices
10. Harassment and victimization of students including sexual harassment, etc.
